Hi guys.

Any recommendations on which adhesive/sealant to use to keep edge trim / u-trim in place?

I've tried 2 or 3 different PU sealants / builders sealant (inc Sikaflex and Puraflex high modulus), but they all dry a bit rubbery and the trim can still easily be pulled away.

Will using something like a superglue work without being too stiff and risking cracking gel coat later down the line?

Cheers

Hi mate

I removed all mine, cleaned and re glued with Gorilla glue. Perfect and does not budge at all. Just dont use too much as it foams in air.

Good luck.

Cheers chaps. I ended up using some superglue. Doesn't budge and fast cure, but it'll most likely destroy the rubber trim if I ever have to take it off. Hopefully I won't need to!

I might give Gorilla glue / Tiger seal a go for any more trim.
