is this SVA safe yet?i know the top and bottom of the spring has to be coverd up

Yes - but you will need to put nut covers on the bottom of the bolts going through the bottom wishbone and you need to put something round the headlight mounting bracket and the nut underneath.

Make sure those brake pipes don't go anywhere near the springs from lock to lock - it'll fail else. And echo the earlier comments regarding the headlight bracket and nut underneath.
