You could try Raceline https://www.raceline.co.uk/products/index.asp?categoryID=2

Search for Denso (on here and on Google) as they're quite a popular and cost effective upgrade that is tried and trusted.

It's not something I've done as I'm still on my original LRA101 with Tigers' updated larger pulley.

What size pulley are you using?

Bigger than the original one Tiger supplied [smile]

Tiger originally supplied one pulley for the LRA10x and the Zetec which could overdriver the alternator.  After several alternator failures they produced a larger diameter pulley which I bought and keeps the alternator within specification.

I think this is the one I've got, but will confirm: https://www.tigerracing.com/shop/electricallighting/385-alternator-pulley-68-149.html

*** UPDATE: The original link I posted was to a 55mm pulley, this is now correct and points to a 68mm pulley ***

The replacement pulley is 68mm diameter.  I've put the correct link below and updated the link above to the correct one as it was originally pointing to a 55mm pulley:

Ive heard of people using a denso one much more compact. I have one which im planning on fitting to my pinto. Denso number 100211-1670. Try website HC-cargo.co.uk and type in 113921 into search. You cant order from them unless you are trade but you can view all dimensions etc.
